This is the VERY beginning of my next moose painting - I THOUGHT I would do a hawk or a certain cute little bird I spotted at the edge of a wet area late last summer....but it turned out the moose was what I started!

I have finally finished these adorable little dogs! Now....off for a VERY MUCH needed walk in the woods!
Next in line on the easel....maybe a hawk, maybe a gray gnatcatcher...who knows!

Making some progress today....doing my best to paint and not be distracted by anything....some days that is easier than others : )
