Pat's Pet Portraits and Wildlife Art

Before my crazy morning started, I was able to get a start on this, my new 2' x 4' sign that will hang on Main St. here in Stafford among the murals, when I can get it finished....advertising my pet portraits. I haven't worked on the other painting yet today and probably won't get to it, with 2 appointments this afternoon and then a trip to Enfield to pick up a modem for my new Internet provider....and that's another whole story.

These rocks are proving to be challenging, but I'll get them....not much painting time this week, lots of other appointments, but I'm still at it as much as possible.... This photo didn't come out very good, the real thing looks better.

Being a temperamental artist, I have put "Tracks" aside for the time being - (out of my sight actually!) and started a new painting. This one is set at a favorite spot of mine atop a hill in Shenipsit forest, big rocks with a great view. I also took out a couple of unfinished canvasses from a couple of years ago and will be breaking out the acrylics again sometime soon to finish them....
